We are providing you with a free upgrade the Nexa platform, which will have all the features of Trident plus additional Nexa features that you will have access to. When will the upgrade happen?
We will share the date when you will be upgraded via email.
Will my data be safe during the upgrade?
Yes. All data will be securely transferred using industry standard protection measures.
Will I lose any data or settings?
No, you will not lose any data, and core settings will be duplicated on Nexa.
Will my login information change?
Yes, each Trident user will need to set up a new Nexa account and password. You will receive an email invite to your upgraded Nexa account.
Will the interface look different?

Do I need to install anything?
No new hardware will need to be installed for this upgrade. Nexa can be accessed online or via mobile app.
